I have to say there were many products that made our Fall, Spring and Summer, these are a few of the BEST (in my humble opinion, but not limited too) Its so hard for a girl to limit herself.

1. NARS ILLUMINATOR

The NARS Illuminator made number one because it’s the best product introduced in 2011.  The Illuminator is a multi use face product that gives skin a refreshed luminosity with make it glittery. It’s designed to highlight the cheekbones, maybe the arch of the brow, warmth to foundation etc. I love to use it a number of ways. 1. Laguna, I mix with my foundation because it gives a beautiful glow to the skin. Super Orgasm is great to place on the cheekbones.  NARS created 4 colors for all shades; Cocapanna, Orgasm, Super Orgasm and Laguna can be used along or in combination. They refresh and enhance the skin for a glorious complete look.  With one little bottle you can reveal a totally new you!!

2. Too Faced Size Queen Mascara

Size QUEEN MASCARA is my NEW BESTIE
A mascara and brush that work together to create brilliant lashes. 
Too Faced has infused keratin, feed the lashes while giving it major curl. Look I know that the bush is a little wide, but its soooooooooooooo worth using it and taking your time until you get used to the corkscrew-shaped brush. The bristles are made to lengthen and add volume Just one coat will totally get you hooked!! Size does matter!! J

3. Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Sugar Honey

There are rumors that it may be waterproof.  I fell in love with this product using in on a photo shoot and it gave a model a totally new face. My only complaint about this product is that it’s not available in enough colors.  

I read the reason for the models new face was this BB is a moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum, in one bottle. That’s a Make up artist dream. Dr. Jart's Advanced Water Bead Technology is made up of 50 percent water, which helps to hydrate and maintain healthy moisture for a fresh look. This BB includes sunscreen that protects the skin from UVA and UVB rays.

            

 5. Boscia Revitalizing Black Hydration Gel 


After the first use you can see changes in the skin. When we have problems with the skin, we want them fixed ASAP, or at least that’s the way I am. And like so many of the Boscia Product this new introduction to the line has not let me down.

This Hydration gel contains a full range of ultra powerful ingredients. It’s a light and hydrating formula while refining the texture skin.  It also minimizes the look of pores and brightens and clarifies the overall complexion.  The main ingredients are Artichoke leaf extract, which improves elasticity to tighten the pore walls. Charcoal absorbs excess oil and impurities as it detoxifies. Vitamin C helps brighten skin and minimize fine lines. After the first use you can see changes in the skin. When we have problems with the skin, we want them fixed ASAP, or at least that’s the way I am.

Boscia Skin Perfecting Primer

Hello Beauties,

Let’s talk about primers for a second. I know that some of you believe that primer isn’t a necessity. Trust me, it is! Depending on your skin type, will determine what type of primer that you will want or need. Personally, I have very oily skin, so I like a primer that will absorb oil as well as prime my face for the rest of my make up routine.

Why Primer: Long story short its main job is to help your make up stay on longer, so its not wearing off and depending on the type of primer you use it can either absorb oil so you don’t become oily by mid day or it can add hydration to the skin, so your face is less likely to because flakey, or minimize fine lines and pores.

Why this Primer: I have a few primers that I tend to use, just depending on what I find in my make up bag first or the season. This primer by Boscia who is major leader in the skin care arena is developing products that will assist in taking care of your skin. They are a preservative free skin care line that is starting to dabble in make up. The Skin Perfecting Primer is an oil-free gel primer that creates a matte finish. This primer helps me get a matte finish, since I have oily skin; my entire objective is to look less dewy. The gel is a great texture because I can use this even after a skin treatment and it will help sooth the skin and will not aggravate or peel once I start putting on my foundation. Beauties with dryer skin can use this too because of the gel texture and it still will not peel and provide you with enough hydration.

Plus it won the 2009 Fitness Beauty Awards, which says to me that its great for lasting for on our Beauties who lead active lives. So if it works for those who are extremely active where skin care is important because of what preparation/climate can do to the skin. It has to be worth a try!
